The Southern California-based firm will provide management services on new construction as well as remodels and remediation projects for the Los Angeles County Development Authority.
July 22, Los Angeles, CA: JOA Group, a leading provider of project and construction management in Southern California, is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded a 5-year contract by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to provide project and construction management and related services for the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA). Services will be provided for new construction, refurbishment, and hazard remediation projects on public housing, public facilities, infrastructure, commercial business, and private residential properties.
Los Angeles County Development Authority provides affordable housing as well as community, and economic development in Los Angeles County. The agency is a key player in Los Angeles County’s Homeless Initiative, which was introduced in February 2015, to combat the unsheltered crisis in the region.
