PROJECT OVERVIEW

Project management that includes leading Port project delivery teams which includes designer, construction management, scheduler, and cost manager.  In general, the role includes leading the project team, working with stakeholders to develop the scope of work, developing and updating project schedules, developing and managing project budgets and quality through all phase of the project delivery.
