PROJECT OVERVIEW

As Project Construction Manager, JOA Group worked closely with the P3 partners, developer, construction manager, design team and contractor to ensure the owners’ interest were met.  Responsibilities also included budgeting and scheduling, helping address issues and resolutions, providing project documentation on all activities, and regularly updating city staff of all work activities and pertinent information.
